General Conditions for consumers

1. Scope These general (sales) conditions apply to all orders via the online shop www.jowija.nl of Jowija Marketing & Events (Wendy's Parkinson Journey), Vaartkade Noordzijde 42, 3461 CJ Linschoten, The Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as 'Wendy's Parkinson Journey '), by consumers within the meaning of Article 13 of the Civil Code.

2. Order Process, Agreements, Limited Quantities and Commercial Resale

2.1 Order process

• Wendy's Parkinson Journey offers its customers an online magazine Wendy's Parkinson Journey. By clicking on the subscription or the specific magazine you can order it by indicating the desired quantity and then clicking on the shopping cart symbol.
• By clicking on the shopping cart icon at the bottom left of the website, the customer can navigate to an overview of products in the virtual shopping cart and make adjustments where necessary.
• If the customer does not wish to add any further products to the online shopping cart, processing the order can be continued via the Checkout button. Registered customers can enter their name and password here to automatically use their stored information for this order. If a customer is not yet registered, he or she can also register here or complete the order without registering. In this case, the customer must fill in the address and order information on the next page.
• By then clicking on the Continue button, the customer arrives at the Overview. Here the customer has an overview of his or her order with details about the price (including VAT) and details about shipping and costs.
• The order is placed by clicking on the “Place order” button. This means that a binding order has been placed.

2.2 Conclusion of agreements The images of the range in the online shop are illustrative and intended to give the customer an idea of ​​the product; these are not binding. The customer creates a binding order by entering into a purchase agreement when he completes the ordering process by clicking on the “Place order” button. You must then pay immediately via the options offered. The customer will then receive confirmation and a receipt of the order via e-mail (order confirmation). This order confirmation is not related to the acceptance of the order. The agreement with Wendy's Parkinson Journey is only confirmed when Wendy's Parkinson Journey ships the products to the customer and the customer receives an email with confirmation (shipping confirmation).

3. Conclusion of agreements with advance payment Deviating from 2.2. If you opt for prepayment, a contract is already concluded when Wendy's Parkinson Journey sends the payment information. This payment information will be sent to the customer within 2 business days of placing the order. The order confirmation does not contain any payment information. In case of prepayment, the amount of the invoice is due from the moment of receipt of the payment information and must be paid within 7 days by transferring the amount to one of the points mentioned under 8.e. mentioned accounts. The date on which the amount is credited to our account is decisive. If no payment is made after 7 days on one of the items listed under 8.e. mentioned accounts is observed, the customer's order will be automatically canceled.

4. Contract text We store the text of the contract for you in your customer account. After receipt of the order by Wendy's Parkinson Journey, the buyer will receive a separate confirmation email from Wendy's Parkinson Journey with the essential content of the contract, including the General Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of the contract.

5. Limited quantity, commercial resale The goods offered are sold only in usual household quantities and exclusively to persons of legal age. (If applicable: maximum allowable order amount).

The commercial resale of goods is not permitted. Wendy's Parkinson Journey reserves the right not to accept contractual offers that purport to be submitted for the purpose of commercial resale of goods.

6. Prices and shipping costs All prices include VAT and other price elements. No shipping costs as it is an online magazine.

7. Shipping

7.1 Delivery time Unless otherwise stated in the shipping confirmation, the expected delivery time is 1-4 days. The shipment will be sent directly to your email account.

8. Retention of title The goods remain the property of Wendy's Parkinson Journey until payment has been made. For the transfer of ownership, pawning, processing or editing is not permitted without the permission of Wendy's Parkinson Journey.

9. Right of withdrawal Private customers (consumers) have the right to cancel within fourteen days. A consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity. The following regulations apply to cancellation and the exceptions to cancellation rights. If customers have any other questions regarding cancellation, they can contact Wendy's Parkinson Journey.

9.1 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

• the delivery of individual newspapers, magazines or magazines, such as the Wendy's Parkinson Journey magazine.

10. Warranty and liability The legal warranty applies to the products you purchase from Wendy's Parkinson Journey. This means that as a consumer you have the right to a decent product. The product is or does what you as a consumer can reasonably expect from it. If an additional product warranty applies, we will mention this in the description on the specific product page.

11. Payment methods and credit notes Goods can be paid with iDeal or Paypal or via request via direct bank payment. Wendy's Parkinson Journey has the right to accept certain payment methods in individual cases or depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer. Payment by cash or check is not possible.

• Payment via iDeal
• If you choose to pay via iDeal, after placing and confirming your order you will be redirected to a secure internet environment of your own bank. There you can complete the payment. Once this has happened, Wendy's Parkinson Journey will ship your order within 2 working days.
• Betaling via PayPal
• You can also pay at Wendy's Parkinson Journey via your PayPal account.

12. Invoices Wendy's Parkinson Journey has the right to send invoices to the customer electronically. Electronic invoices are sent to the customer by email in PDF format. The invoiced sales tax does not entitle the customer to deduct input tax.

13. Privacy Wendy's Parkinson Journey takes the protection of customer privacy very seriously. You can view the privacy statement at www.wendySparkinson.com.

14. Marketing & customer communication If the customer enters into an agreement with Wendy's Parkinson Journey and specifies an electronic e-mail address (e-mail), Wendy's Parkinson Journey has the right to use this electronic e-mail address (e-mail address) of the customer for direct marketing of its use your own similar products or services, if the customer has not objected to this at the time of collection. 17. Final provisions If provisions of these terms of use are or become invalid or inapplicable, the validity or enforceability of the other provisions of these terms of use will not be affected. Dutch law applies when European law is inadequate for the issue. This choice of law only applies to the extent that the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the customer is located at the time of his order.
